If your new zip code isn’t working as a password or your form isn’t downloading, as an alternative, you can disregard your original form and download a new form from the official U.S. Vote Foundation website. Your voter registration is not changed until you sign and mail in the form.
Unfortunately, this form will not be pre-filled out, meaning you’ll have to complete it. After completing the voter registration form, it should then be printed, signed, and mailed to the voter registrar or board of elections in your county, the address of which can also be found by conducting a search at the above-mentioned website.
