Unfortunately, MYMOVE only relays your offer selections to the companies whose coupons you selected - we don’t control fulfillment of those coupons. Fulfillment is controlled by each individual brand.
It can take anywhere from 48 hours to a few weeks to receive your coupon or offer, depending on what it is - for example, an emailed coupon could arrive within a day or two, while a catalog sent via mail could take several weeks. If you think your offers have not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact the company or companies you requested them from directly.
Two other things to try: 1. Make sure to check all your email addresses; you may have forgotten which address you used to register for MYMOVE.com. 2. Check your emails “spam” or “promotions” folders, or other folders besides your email’s main inbox. Sometimes coupons can end up in these folders.
